DELIVERY INFORMATION

All deliveries are made using Royal Mail.

For all International and European orders, our online software will calculate the delivery charges according to the weight of your basket with respect to different delivery options.

UK Deliveries:

Online orders will normally be despatched within 2 working days of receipt. Free delivery is by Royal Mail standard second class post or Royal Mail 48® for order over £50.

Normal postal lead time are: UK & Europe destinations 3 - 5 working days.  All other areas worldwide 5 - 10 working days, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If your order has not arrived within 21 working days Royal Mail would consider this a failed or lost delivery and we would submit a claim with them while re-sending your goods. If you think your order is late or lost please check with your local sorting office before calling as a large percentage of delayed mail is awaiting collection there without a note or card been left at the household. We cannot do this on your behalf as the sorting office will only tell the addressee whether they have mail waiting and we cannot refund or replace goods until this has been checked.

Royal Mail 1st Class or 24® signed for                                         £4.40        

Royal Mail 2nd Class or 48® signed for                                        £3.90   

Special Delivery Next Day by 1p.m.                                              £6.45 to £12.00 according to its weight.

For Special Delivery, we will make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after midday, there is a possiblility that it will be sent the following day.

For overseas orders (anywhere outside the UK.) goods will still be despatched within 2 working days and goods should arrive within 10 working days but we have to allow a delivery time of 22 working days for Europe and 27 working days for rest of world before Royal Mail would consider this a failed or lost delivery and we could submit a claim with them while re-sending your goods.

elainel will not knowingly send any restricted or prohibited items to any international destination.

Overseas Orders

Republic of Ireland and European Deliveries:

Royal Mail delivers to maximum weight of 2 Kg. 

Standard Service                        £5.00  to £14.00 depends on weight    7 to 10 working days

Internation Signd for Service    £11.00 to £23.00 depends on weight    7 to 10 working days

International Deliveries:

Royal Mail delivers to maximum weight of 2 Kg.

Standard Service                           £6.50 to £22.00  according to weight 10 to 14 working days

International Signed for Service  £10.00 to £30.00 according to weight 10 to 14 working days

All international orders sent to countries outside the EU may be subject to import charges.  Naturalskincarelondon.co.uk accepts no responsibility for these - please check with your customs office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country.

Wrong Address / Corrections

We are not responsible for the lost of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete.  If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order.  If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

Often attempted delivery by your postal courier won't result in a card being left.  We always advice to check with your local post office or specific courier to ensure the parcel isn't waiting for you.

If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

Free p&p offer is for UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man by Royal Mail 48® only and appplies to your entire order, through our website.  We reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers free p&p at any time.

Cancellation and Refund:

In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty, we will exchange them or refund your payment.

CANCELLATION

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery.

To do so you must notify us in writing within 14 working days after you have received your product(s). You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the product(s) to us on request or we will collect the products from you but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund.

While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. At your request, we will deliver to you a replacement product(s) or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the product(s).

For you own peace of mind we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
