Q. Can I apply day cream on my face both morning and evening?

A. Yes, you can use day cream in both morning and evening.

Q. Why should I use night cream in the evening.

A. Night cream is richer and help with repair during our sleep.

Q. Can I get an Allergic Reaction from elainel products?

A. Allergic reactions to elainel products are rare. Please stop using the product, if you think you have suffered an allergic reaction.  It is possible to be allergic to many things including many natural ingredients and essential oils.  If you think you are easy to have allergic reactions, we would strongly recommend that you test a small amount of any new product on the inside of your elbow.  If you experience any redness or tingling you should return the product for a refund.

Q. Does elainel use synthetic colours?

A. No. We only use natural pigments, either from minerals or vegetable sources. We do not use carmine in any products.

Q. What do the letters CI stand for in the ingredients lists for makeup items?

A. This stands for COLOUR INDEX, and CI numbers are used in the INCI nomenclature as names for cosmetic colourants that are used to colour products. Below is a list of CI numbers you'll find listed in our make up ingredients:

Q. Preservatives?

A. Face oils and foot ointment are preservative-free. We use preservatives in products contain water for product safety which is required by LAW.  We use ecocert approved preservative which is a broad spectrum preservation system that can be used in natural and organic skincare products.

Q  Genetically engineered ingredients?

A.  All our ingredients are GMO free.

Q  What are your ingredients free from ?

A.  Our ingredients are free from artificial fragrance, parabens, SLS, petroleum, mineral oils, lanolin, peanut oil, hydrogenated oils, diazolidinyl urea and silicones.
